Hello, my name is Hudson and I’m looking for a new place to explore and call home! I’m a really inquisitive boy and I’d love a family who wants a bit of an independent cat. I’d especially love a home with another cat friend, I’m used to being around lots of others.

I come from a family of bobtails - I probably have some Manx heritage. I have what my foster carers call a “little bunny tail” and when I’m feeling happy and confident I’ll put it up and I think it makes me look extra cute.

I’m food motivated and my carers say I’m easily trained. I’m really smart and will come when called - especially if done via a rustle of the treat bag!

I’m pretty brave but can still be a little shy around new people, although I’m getting bolder every day. I need a patient family who will continue to work on things like pats and being picked up. I’ve already made lots of progress! I'll happily wind around your legs at food time, I love a good long stroke down the back and I'm slowly coming around to being picked up. I love a comfy bed and will happily snooze next to my foster carers while they work from home.

When I’m not sticking my nose into all the nooks and crannies of the house or plotting my next adventure, my favourite things to do are watch the world outside through a nice window and lay around in the sun. I also love games and will chase whatever you have on hand. I’m getting pretty good at catching those pesky flies, but if you have a toy, some string, or even a ball of scrap paper I will play for hours and hours. Unlike most cats, I’m also pretty keen on splashing around in water; a tray of water is a favourite toy on a hot day!

My foster carers found my whole family living at Coburg station. I’m used to being around lots of cats and getting on well with others - even the grumpy ones who don’t like me much! I haven’t been tested with any dogs or young children and because I’m a little shy I’m not sure we’ll get along.
