About Eddie Van Tailen & Queen Stella
Eddie Van Tailen (6yrs & 7 months) and his mum, Queen Stella (7yrs & 3 months) are looking for a home together....!
The pair have lived with dogs (a pug and a husky), and are suited to big families with kids of all ages!
They DO NOT like other cats! We are not kidding, these two compete enough with each other for ALL THE ATTENTION, so no room for any other felines!
Eddie & Stella are perfect for first time cat owners! They have never been outside, except in the enclosure off the house, but they show no interest in going outside, so they are the ultimate house cats.
If this mum & son sound like they would fit into your family, please keep reading!!
When Stella was 11months old and Eddie was 10 weeks, they were saved by a family from Ballarat after seeing them in a gumtree ad. Stella had a tooth size hole in her face after taking on a dog who tried to hurt her babies. They were rescued in 2017 and have been loved and spoilt house cats ever since!
The day they came into the care of Cat People of Melbourne, Queen Stella was straight out of the carrier to inspect her new accommodation, and demand cuddles. Eddie Van Tailen took a little longer but within half an hour was out and wanting to interact too.
They are both big and super floofy, especially Eddie. These are not petite cats!
Eddie & Stella are both super affectionate and love attention. Rephrase that, DEMAND ATTENTION!!! If you want extra lovin' then get out the catnip spray and watch these two go silly for it.
Mum & son sleep, eat and play together. You will often find Eddie having a 'stacks on' moment on his mum, annoy her for a bit and then cuddle in for a sleep. Stella just lets him, but when she's had enough, she puts on her Queen Mother crown and lets Eddie know!
Stella loves a big brush and will dote over you for treating her like the Queen she knows she is.
Eddie doesn't mind a good old brush to make sure his handsome radar is on point.
Stella has a definite diva personality so be prepared for some sweet lovin' sass!
Eddie has such a typical teenager attitude, loves food and slothing it. Most nights you will find Stella and Eddie curled up on or near your feet. Although Eddie is partial to a head nudge into your face which translates to ""please lift up the blanket, we need to snuggle"".
If you are a family with kids, and/or multiple generations in your home, look no further! These two cats will spread their love around to everyone. The more the merrier as far as these two are concerned. The Britney song ""Gimme More"" is their theme song.
If these two friendly floofbags are what you need to complete your family, then don't wait around, hit that enquiry button now!
Eddie Van Tailen and his mum Queen Stella are healthy raw/high quality fed cats who have been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (Eddie microchip #956000005358534, Stella microchip #956000006274597, source #RE101165). They are available for adoption right now!
