About Rolo
Meet Rolo, a cuddly, affectionate boy with an undeniable charm. Rolo's playful personality will surely warm every corner of your home, bringing joy and laughter to every household member.
The minute you meet him, he’ll greet you by sweetly bumping his head against your leg as a sign of his affection. Rolo thrives on cuddles and constant companionship, making him the perfect stress-reliever after a long day. You can often find him sprawled out on a chair or snuggled up under a blanket, soaking in the love and warmth of his surroundings.
Rolo does not just lounge around, though. He is quite active and playful, and he finds joy in his scratching post and scratch pad. He will appreciate a variety of toys to keep him entertained, as well as a safe space to sprint and dash around during his playful hours.
Food? Yes, please! Rolo loves his wet food and has a keen ear for the kitchen. The moment you step foot in there, Rolo will not hesitate to voice his desire for more. Prepare yourself for some adorable, persuasive meowing!
Settling in is not a problem for this brave boy. Remarkably confident with new people and environments, he would settle into the right home immediately. And when the day winds down, have no fear - Rolo is the perfect sleeping buddy. He'll quietly curl up beside you at night, purring away at your slightest touch.
Please note, Rolo is an indoor-only cat and would require a secure home to live in. So, if your home is in need of an affectionate ball of fur to bring fun, laughter, and a hearty dose of love, don't hesitate, Rolo might just be perfect for you!
Adoption details
Regardless of the breed of animal you are looking to adopt, our adoption process is the same.
The first step of the process involves submitting an adoption application form. The form helps us understand a little bit more about you and your household and is used to figure out whether animal is the right fit for your household and what you are looking for, and also if your household is the right fit for the animal.
After a review process, shortlisted applicants will be contacted by one of our volunteer adoption coordinators usually by phone call or message. This is an informal conversation to discuss any questions we may have about the application and re-confirm any information provided. It is usually at at this point that we will organise a Meet & Greet with you and the animal.
It is a Strong Heart’s adoption policy to arrange a Meet & Greet with the prospective family and the animal before finalising the adoption. The Meet & Greet will allow the opportunity to visit the animal and have a pat and a play with them. The foster carer will tell you a bit about the animal's personality and what they have been like for the time they’ve been in their care. It is a great opportunity to ask the carer about the animals food, sleeping and any other health requirements.
If the Meet & Greet goes well on the day, in most cases you will be able to take the animal home straight away after payment of the adoption fee. All necessary paperwork including vet work history and transfer of ownership information will be sent via email within a few days unless otherwise specified.
