About Bambi
Meet Bambi, the charismatic and independent ragdoll/siamese cross boy with a heart full of adventure. Bambi's love for the great outdoors is evident, and access to an outdoor enclosure is a non-negotiable requirement for this sweet boy.
When not exploring the wonders of the enclosed outside world, Bambi delights in simple pleasures – watching birds, basking in the warm sunshine, and relishing the gentle caress of the wind against his soft fur. His playful nature knows no bounds, and he's ever ready to engage in a game that tickles his fancy.
Bambi has a unique way of expressing his desires, especially when it comes to his love for food. His soft meows serve as a gentle reminder that it's time to refuel. When seeking attention, he employs a range of tactics – from nudging his nose affectionately against you to giving gentle bites or rubbing his velvety fur against your legs.
Spoiled in the best way possible, Bambi has mastered the art of getting his way, whether it involves a culinary treat, a belly rub, or the freedom to explore the great outdoors (enclosure). Despite his independent streak, Bambi is not a fan of loud noises, being chased around or picked up too much, as these situations trigger anxiety in him.
Bambi's journey began with a challenging start, as he faced the hardships of a severe cat flu during his kittenhood. Unfortunately, the impact of this ailment resulted in the closure of one of his tear ducts. While there are no current medical concerns associated with this condition, it does require a bit of extra care and attention.
To ensure Bambi's well-being, his new owner should be prepared to devote some time each day to gently wipe his eye. This simple routine is not only a practical necessity but also an opportunity for the owner to forge a deeper connection with Bambi.
Sadly, Bambi has been bullied in his past environment by other cats and this has been upsetting and hard on him. He will thrive as a solo cat and is best to be in a home with no other animals and older children as peace and quiet is the best home environment for him to flourish into the sweet boy that he is. Bambi, once comfortable, will purr contentedly, cozy up next to you, sleep on the foot of your bed, and may even allow you the privilege of a belly rub or a quick cuddle. He is a loyal and affectionate companion who will add warmth and joy to your life.
Bambi is a healthy cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000011722225 source #RE101165). He is available for adoption right now!k
